Rong Rong
Rong Rong seems to be a cross between Shisen-Sho and the better known Shanghai, which was licensed from Activision for the occasion. While the basic rules of Shisen-Sho apply, tiles are stacked on top of each other, making it a bit like Sarakon (which, however, has a completely different atmosphere).
The traditional MahJongg tiles have been replaced with casino symbols, the cursor is a lipstick. After each level you beat you get some erotic minigame. Technically, BTW, Rong Rong is similar to Don Den Lover Vol. 1; they both use the same driver on MAME.
